Shipping & Delivery
Processing and packaging times depend on the number of items ordered and the availability of our work schedule. These may range from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 30 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another one when it ships.
General Delivery Terms
Please double-check all address details at checkout. The person placing the order is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for paying any customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Events outside our control (e.g. strikes, bad weather, customs delays)
Safe Delivery & Liability
Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at the time of order, we are not responsible for any theft, loss, or deliveries made to unsecured locations. We recommend verifying your address carefully and, if needed, arranging a safe delivery method directly with the courier.
Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
Shipments are made from Italy via Poste Italiane.
- Standard Shipping in Italy, 5β6 business days at a cost of β¬9.00
- Shipping to Europe, 5β6 business days at a cost of β¬30.00
For all orders over β¬79.00, Standard Shipping within Italy is free. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, the courier, or particularly busy periods may extend delivery.
International Orders & Customs
Customs duties and import taxes are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Rates vary by country and are outside our control. If a package is refused due to non-payment of customs duties, it may not be returned and a refund may not be issued. By placing an international order with us, you agree to these terms.
Pre-order Items
If your item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description. By completing your purchase, you accept the expected waiting times.
Returns & Refunds
To request a return, you must provide proof of purchase and fill out the
. If something goes wrong with your order, we accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" cannot be refunded, but may be returned for store credit with no expiration date.
Personalised items (e.g. items with names, specific event dates, or made to order) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable, unless the item is defective or not as described. In that case, after receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the shipping cost as store credit. To receive the shipping refund, proof of payment must be provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any loss during the return. Once the package is received and the return is inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved:
- Any product cost refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few days
- If applicable, the shipping cost refund will be issued as store credit on our website
Late Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted, so contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is registered. If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, you can contact us via the

Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery window, you can contact us via the
